Mother’s Day: Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, has lauded mothers for their vital role in the upbringing of children for a better society.
Henshaw, who took to her Instagram page in a video clip, commended women for not being ignorant to issues, but being resilient in the face of hardships and oppression.
According to her, mother’s day is set aside to appreciate mothers, who nurture and build, instead of pulling down, as well as comforting others in times of despair.
The actress also called on mothers that never compromised on values, but were always teaching their children good morals and integrity, urging them not to relent as God’s favour and mercy would not depart from them.

To every woman who refuses to remain silent in the face of oppression, who nurtures and builds instead of tearing down, who comforts others in times of despair, who teaches her children values, morals and integrity.
“May you be blessed all the days of your life, God’s favour and mercy will not depart from your home,” she said.
Henshaw, one of top leading actors in Nollywood, has been in the movie industry for more than two decades.
She is also a singer, model, entrepreneur, television personality and philanthropist.
The actress is very beautiful, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles.
Henshaw knows how to interpret her roles very well and can fit into any character given to her by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.
