Ini Edo, a Nollywood actress and film producer, stormed the church of Pastor Jerry Eze for New Year’s prayers.
The mother of one posted images of herself with the pastor in his church on her Instagram feed, stating that nothing felt better than fellowship on the fire alter.
For being a blessing to his generation, Ini Edo compared the preacher to the biblical Elijah.
“Nothing feels better than fellowship on the fire alter, experience God with the Elijah of our time and a blessing to this generation @realjerryeze. 2023 we go hard! What God cannot do, does not exist!”.
Recall that Funke Akindele, who is the deputy governor candidate in Lagos State under the People’s Democratic Party PDP visited the Celestial Church of Christ in Ogun State.
The actress and mother of two asked for prayers during the Celestial Church’s yearly gathering in Imeko, Ogun State.
Akindele sang her favourite worship song while addressing the crowd on Saturday, December 24th. She stated that in everything one does, one must put God first and be kind.
She went on to say that those who wear white attire and act like a ‘Celestial mother’ must behave similarly.
“Anything we do we must put God first. We have to be must be well mannered. We must behave like those who wear white cloth. We have to behave like a ‘Celestial’ mother”.
“We must not forget our source. Don’t forget your God. God be with you. All I want is prayer. Keep praying for me”, she said.
