Maria Chike, an ex-housemate in the ShineYaeye edition of Big Brother Naija Reality TV show, has apologized to Apostle Joshua Selman for dragging him in to her alleged cheating scandal.
The reality TV personality tendered this apology via her Twitter handle, where she told the clergyman to find a place in his heart to forgive her for the mistake she made.
Recall that a blogger accused the reality TV star and Apostle Johnson Suleman of having a secret affair.
The BBNaija star while commenting on Apostle Joshua Selman’s post where he prayed for a new week blessing on his followers said Amen and also asked if he was the one she was accused of having an affair with. The reality TV star Maria continued by saying that herself and her partner just laughed out over it. She also stated that she just found it in a retweet, telling him not to be offended by her statement.
“May you experience MIND BLOWING MIRACLES this New Week, IJN”, Apostle Selman wrote.
Reacting to the prayer in a now deleted post Maria Chike wrote “Amen! But I’m sorry man of God, are you the one they allegedly claim I had something with? No offence but myself and my partner just laughed out loud! May God be with you amen. I found on a retweet please don’t be offended”.
Immediately she made the comment, she was heavily attacked and many called her a clout chaser.
Knowing that she had made a mistake she immediately took to her Twitter page to render a public apology saying: “I stand corrected. My apologies to Apostle for getting names mixed up/wrong. Find it in your good heart to forgive my innocent tweet. Remain blessed”.
