Kanye West, an American famous rapper has asked Donald Trump, a former US president, to be his running mate in the 2024 election just forty-eight hours after declaring his intention to run for president of the US in 2024.
The music legend announced this on his Twitter page by writing that he visited the former president at his Florida resort home, Mar-a-Lago.
West claimed that he kept Trump waiting, but he gave a hint as to what the subject of their conversation was.
The 45-year-old performer then challenged his audience to predict the former American president’s response to the query.
“What do you guys think his response was when I asked him to be my running mate in 2024?”Trump had already begun his campaign to seek and win the Republican nomination for president in 2024.
Trump pledged to improve America after being accused of supporting a mob invasion of the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021 in opposition to Joe Biden’s election as president.
