A former housemate of Big Brother Naija Reality TV show BBN Kess has debunked the claim of Nedu that girls go on the reality show to get customers and are not willing to work hard for success.
Kess made the reaction after a podcast of Nedu and Doyin a former housemate on the honest bunch show went viral.
In the video Doyin said most of them are already doing well in life before going on the show but needed the fame to boost themselves.
Reacting to the podcast BBN Kess said “This trend of tagging female Big Brother housemates as sluts is distasteful. 95% of them are highly intelligent, sufficiently independent, super talented and are legit hustlers. It is unfair to undermine their hard work”.
Recall that an on air personality Nedu Wazobia FM has claimed that the Big Brother Naija Reality TV Show gives it’s contestants fame without foundation to sustain it.
He made the claim in their talk show the honest bunch which featured Doyin a former BBNaija housemate.
According to Nedu most contestants go into the show without having substantial things to fall on which makes them go extra mile to keep up with their famous lifestyle.
Nedu added that most of the girls go on the show to have customers who would patronise them after the show.
On her part, Doyin debunked his claim by saying that not all contestants that went on the show are broke as some of them are already doing doll in life before going on the show.
She said she wanted to better her life and that was why she went on the show and not that she was broke.
Speaking on the extravagant lifestyle most of them live, Doyin said they are packaging themselves for big opportunities to come their way not necessarily living a fake lifestyle.
